Introduction
EMDR Association is registered in India (Registered under Society Registration Act, Maharashtra State, India and Registration No.1768). Trauma Recovery/EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Programs USA supports the EMDR Association of India in its bid to become an organized independent body that can conduct trainings, workshops, seminars and conferences in India and other parts of Asia to share knowledge and skills among mental health professionals and to undertake humanitarian activities to address psychological trauma. You will be required to provide some or all of the following information: your name, email address, zip code, telephone number, mailing address, licensure information, credit card information, and a username and password. In addition, you may choose to provide EMDR Association with additional information, including: your education, professional experience, employment status and volunteer interests.

We are required to provide certain information about you to EMDR Trauma Recovery/HAP in order to maintain our status as an Trauma Recovery/HAP -Approved Training Provider. This information includes, but is not limited to: participant name, degree info, license number, mailing address, telephone number, email address, date of completion of basic training program, and completed trainer, practicum and consultation evaluation forms. By participating in our training programs, you agree to the disclosure of this information to Trauma Recovery/HAP.
