EMDR Association, India and EMDR Asia in collaboration with Trauma Recovery-Humanitarian Assistance Program (HAP), EMDR Institute and EMDR Global Alliance is announcing virtual on-line training.

About EMDR Psychotherapy Training
EMDR Psychotherapy Basic/Standard Training has 2 parts of training (20 hours lectures, 20 hours practice and 20 hours of supervision/consultation (10 hours after part 1 and 10 hours after attending the part 2 training.) which includes lectures, video demonstrations and supervised practice in small groups. Ten hours of case consultation with an approved EMDR consultant after each part of the Basic/Standard Training is a requirement for receiving the certificate of completion.

Eligibility: The candidates should have completed Part 1 EMDR Therapy training and 10 hours of consultation.

Important: Attending the complete course with theory, practicum and supervised consultation are mandatory requirements for receiving the Certificate. The Certificate of Completion will be given after completing the supervised consultation with satisfactory supervision criteria. Thus, the certification of completion will be issued only after attending part 2 of basic standard training and 10 hours of case consultation along with written case reports submitted with showcasing efficacy in practicing EMDR therapy and approved by the consultant for receiving the certificate.

The participants unable to complete the course requirements within 2 years after the training will not receive the Certificate of Completion and will have to repeat the entire Basic/Standard EMDR Training.

 

Fees (inclusive of 18% GST): INR 40,000/-
Payment is inclusive of course materials, postage within India and consultation of 10 hours.

Please Note: For postage of manuals and any other training related materials sent out of India, additional costs are to be paid by the participants as per the actual amount spent.

Registration process for participating in the training

    1. Please fill the Application form given below in this brochure and send by email to the addresses mentioned.
    2. Kindly wait for the confirmation of your application acceptance.
    3. Only after confirmation of your application acceptance, make the payment of INR 40,000 for the EMDR Basic/Standard Part 2 training. Kindly email the electronic copy of the payment to the email address given in the application form. You will receive confirmation once the payment has been received.
    4. If you have paid earlier or have special consideration, please email the receipt of payment and confirm that 10 hours of consultation after Part 1 have been completed to emdrindia@gmail.com, mdpurandare@yahoo.co.in
    5. Payment will be accepted by electronic transfer only. (Bank transfer details shared in this brochure)
    6. Refund policy: Cancellation and refund of your payment is possible up to one week prior to the training. No refunds possible thereafter.

Application deadlines: (since training material has to be couriered to participants prior to the training dates) Last day for completing payment: 30th May 2026.

IMPORTANT: Please do not pay the registration fees until you receive the confirmation of your application acceptance, which is based on eligibility criteria and seat availability.
