Breaking the Silence: Addressing Childhood Abuse in Men through EMDR Therapy

On September 29th, Dr. Dushyant Bhadlikar, renowned psychiatrist and senior EMDR trainer/practitioner, along with Ms. Samindara Sawant, delivered an insightful lecture at the Bombay Psychiatric Society CME. The focus of his presentation was on the often-overlooked issue of childhood abuse in men and its effective treatment using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. The session was chaired by Dr. Parul Tank & Dr. Darpan Kaur.
